Refund policy

If a product purchased from Quince&co. is damaged upon arrival or defective we will offer a refund or replacement within 24-48 hrs of you receiving the product, however if the product has been damaged in transit without requesting shipping insurance it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement please contact Australia post directly. Accidental damage by improper handling of the goods will not be refunded under any circumstance.
